The Focal Point Group newsletter cover with building background and business theme.

As fall settles in, we’re reminded of how change can spark renewal—both in our spaces and in the opportunities we share with our business community. This month, we’re celebrating a powerful new art installation at 10 Mondamin, St. Thomas, that brings beauty and meaning to the heart of our building, and we’re highlighting an important funding opportunity through the Canada Summer Jobs program to help employers plan ahead for 2026.

✨Tenant Spotlight✨

Colorful mural featuring a woman's face and floral designs in an urban setting.

A new mural is bringing life and inspiration to 10 Mondamin Street in St. Thomas, Ontario. The art installation—created by international mural artist Alexander Bacon—features a porcelain-like woman’s face, symbolizing fragility, surrounded by flowers and a local bird representing growth, healing, and restoration. Bacon was inspired by the tenants in the building, many of whom are caregiving professionals, including the Canadian Mental Health Association, our largest tenant. The mural is a meaningful gift from the City of St. Thomas, beautifully capturing the spirit of compassion and renewal that defines this community. @vizsla_bacon
